Intentional False Statement with Evidence (New) - Steps 4-6 (Middle/High) and Steps 3-5 (Elementary)

Stealing (Minor) Steps 1-4 (Elementary, Middle and High) - less than $50.00

Stealing (Major) Steps 4-7 (Elementary, Middle and High) - greater than $50.00

Profanity/Vulgarity - Add Step 7 (Elementary, Middle and High) - two days of Suspension

Failure to Attend Detention - Start at Step 4 instead of 3 (Elementary, Middle and High)

Bus Fights - (Elementary, Middle and High)

First Fight on Bus - 5 Days of Bus Suspension

Second Fight on Bus - 10 Days of Bus Suspension

Third Fight on Bus - 30 Days or Longer - Discretion of Administrator
Save Our Students Program (SOS)- NO EXCEPTIONS TO NOT GOING TO SOS - STUDENT CANNOT RETURN TO SCHOOL UNTIL THEY HAVE SERVED THEIR SOS TIME.
