Board of Education makes revisions to school calendar; High school graduation date set for May 19
The Board of Education met yesterday to make revisions to the current school calendar to and to approve the date for senior graduation. The revised calendar is *attached. The following changes include:
· January 6, revised as a Weather Day (W)
· April 3, revised as a Professional Day (P)
· April 14, revised as No School (K)
· April 14, designated as a staff make-up day
Thursday, May 18 is the last day of school for students. The Board of Education approved the date of Friday, May 19 as the date for senior graduation. Both CCHS and HHS Graduation ceremonies will be held at the Stadium of Champions. CCHS will hold their ceremony at 5:00 p.m. and HHS will hold theirs at 8:30 p.m. More graduation ceremony details will become available closer to date (speakers, etc.).
